Written in the Stars, 2022 - Present

Written in the Stars is a series that incorporates personal elements from my girlfriend's and my life, along with LGBTQIA+ archives. I use ready-made foil star stickers as a visual tool to create a reflective surface. The stars symbolize wonder, wishing, and "gold star" terminology in popular queer culture and serve as a metaphor for reward and validation.
